If you live on the South Shore, I am your neighbour. If you are from away and considering a home here on the South Shore, I am your virtual neighbour. Real estate is local and personal. I am your guide to the local neighbourhood and as your consultant I value your trust, understand your needs and preferences and respect your privacy.
My wife and I have two grade school children, a daughter 11 and a son 8. Like most families here we are active in community organizations and activities. The children have been involved with the local skating club, Girl Guides, quilting club, Celtic dance, bowling, soccer, surfing, swimming and are learning piano and how to care for horses. My wife is the equine expert of the family and loves having the mare and pony to share with the children, family and friends. She is a Sunday school teacher, a substitute teachri n the public schools and volunteers in the classes at the Waldorf School. Incredibly she runs her own business as a wedding and events planner (South Shore Wessings and Events). I am captivated by the Atlantic Canada maritime tradition and the way of life it created on the South Shore. We take every opportunity to enjoy as a family the remarkable variety of local activities and the natural beauty everywhere we go, as it is inescapable, ever present and all around us. I make sure to take advantage of the never crowded local surfing and golf courses. We are also ballroom dancers and never miss an opportunity for a whirl around the floor. My favourite diversion at home is to play popular standards on the piano. Over the last four decades, including seven years as a Realtor, I have professional experience in real estate and homeowners association law, public education, social work, golf course management and road construction. These diverse endeavors have provided me with a broad base of knowledge to draw upon when assisting buyers or sellers with any real estate transaction. Thank you for the opportunity to help you with your real estate needs and please do not hesitate to contact me anytime. I look forward to working with you sometime soon. |
