median sales&amp;nbsp;price ($178,000)&amp;nbsp;is&amp;nbsp;up .6% from $177,000 for&amp;nbsp;single family homes in Lunenburg County from&amp;nbsp;March 2012.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The average sales price in Queens County ($164,300) rose 48%&amp;nbsp;from $114,000 while&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;median&amp;nbsp;price ($127,500) rose 48% from $86,000 for the same period.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Year over year&amp;nbsp;sales&amp;nbsp;dropped&amp;nbsp;from&amp;nbsp;94 to&amp;nbsp;82 homes in Queens County&amp;nbsp;from&amp;nbsp;March 2012.&amp;nbsp; Sales for Lunenburg County decreased by&amp;nbsp;39 homes (484 to 445), the third month in a row of decreased sales&amp;nbsp;from the previous monthly trend of year-over-year increases in sales.&amp;nbsp; Homes&amp;nbsp;still take about&amp;nbsp;six months to sell and the inventory of homes for sale in Lunenburg County (559) is down from&amp;nbsp;March of last year (581).&amp;nbsp; The inventory for Queens County (142) is&amp;nbsp;up from&amp;nbsp;last year (133) and homes take about&amp;nbsp;8 months to sell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri"&gt;&lt;span
