type="html">&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;The average&amp;nbsp;sales price ($231,500) is&amp;nbsp;up 11.2% from $208,200 and the median sales&amp;nbsp;price ($176,000)&amp;nbsp;is is up from $175,000 for&amp;nbsp;single family homes in Lunenburg County from&amp;nbsp;February 2011.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The average sales price in Queens County ($110,400) fell 12.4%&amp;nbsp;from $124,000 while&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;median&amp;nbsp;price ($86,000) dropped 22.5% from $111,000 for the same period.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Year over year&amp;nbsp;sales&amp;nbsp;rose from&amp;nbsp;69 to&amp;nbsp;95 homes in Queens County&amp;nbsp;from&amp;nbsp;February 2011.&amp;nbsp; Sales for Lunenburg County increased by&amp;nbsp;47 homes (435 to 482), continuing the trend of monthly year-over-year increases in sales.&amp;nbsp; Homes&amp;nbsp;still take about&amp;nbsp;six months to sell and the inventory of homes for sale in Lunenburg County (554) is a little less than February of last year (565).&amp;nbsp; The inventory for Queens County (127) is also slightly less than last year (137) and homes take about&amp;nbsp;8 months to sell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', 'serif';font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman', style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;But even in the difficult overall economic environment South Shore homeowners in general are retaining the value in their homes.&amp;nbsp; At the same time buyers have a good inventory from which to choose at attractive mortgage rates.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;font 2010.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The average sales price in Queens County ($110,700) fell 12%&amp;nbsp;from $125,800 while&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;median&amp;nbsp;price ($85,000) dropped 23.4% from $111,000 for the same period.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Year over year&amp;nbsp;sales&amp;nbsp;rose from&amp;nbsp;77 to&amp;nbsp;91 homes in Queens County&amp;nbsp;from&amp;nbsp;November 2010.&amp;nbsp; Sales for Lunenburg County increased by&amp;nbsp;43 homes (433 to 476), continuing the trend of monthly year-over-year increases in sales.&amp;nbsp; Homes&amp;nbsp;still take about&amp;nbsp;six months to sell and the inventory of homes for sale in Lunenburg County (599) is about the same as November of last year (586).&amp;nbsp; The inventory for Queens County (124) is also about the same as last year is&amp;nbsp;up 10.1% from $200,500 and the median sales&amp;nbsp;price ($177,500)&amp;nbsp;is up&amp;nbsp;4.46% from $170,000 for&amp;nbsp;single family homes in Lunenburg County from&amp;nbsp;September 2010.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The average sales price in Queens County ($114,600) fell 11.2%&amp;nbsp;from $129,000 while&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;median&amp;nbsp;price ($90,000) dropped 20% from $113,000 for the same period.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Year over year&amp;nbsp;sales&amp;nbsp;rose from&amp;nbsp;66 to&amp;nbsp;85 homes in Queens County&amp;nbsp;from&amp;nbsp;September 2010.&amp;nbsp; Sales for Lunenburg County increased by&amp;nbsp;36 homes (430 to 466), continuing the trend of monthly year-over-year increases in sales.&amp;nbsp; Homes&amp;nbsp;still take about&amp;nbsp;six months to sell and the inventory of homes for sale in Lunenburg County (713) is about the same as September of last year (718).&amp;nbsp; The inventory for Queens County (164) is also about the same as last year (161) and homes take about&amp;nbsp;8 months to sell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 2010.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The average sales price in Queens County ($120,200) fell 10.8%&amp;nbsp;from $134,700 while&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;median&amp;nbsp;price ($105,000) dropped 8.9% from $115,000 for the same period.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Year over year&amp;nbsp;sales&amp;nbsp;rose from&amp;nbsp;63 to&amp;nbsp;82 homes in Queens County&amp;nbsp;from&amp;nbsp;August 2010.&amp;nbsp; Sales for Lunenburg County increased by&amp;nbsp;59 homes (416 to 475), continuing the trend of monthly year-over-year increases in sales.&amp;nbsp; Homes&amp;nbsp;still take about&amp;nbsp;six months to sell and the inventory of homes for sale in Lunenburg County (680) is down from&amp;nbsp;746 from&amp;nbsp;June of last year.&amp;nbsp; The inventory for Queens County (161) is slightly less than last year (169) and homes take about 7 months to sell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri"&gt;&lt;span is&amp;nbsp;up 5.2% from $202,900 and the median sales&amp;nbsp;price ($172,000)&amp;nbsp;is up&amp;nbsp;1.2% from $170,000 for&amp;nbsp;single family homes in Lunenburg County from&amp;nbsp;June 2010.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The average sales price in Queens County ($122,000) fell 9%&amp;nbsp;from $134,000 while&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;median&amp;nbsp;price ($105,000) dropped 4.5% from $110,000 for the same period.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Year over year&amp;nbsp;sales&amp;nbsp;fell from&amp;nbsp;69 to 68 homes in Queens County&amp;nbsp;from June 2010.&amp;nbsp; Sales for Lunenburg County increased by&amp;nbsp;23 homes (429 to 452), continuing the trend of monthly year-over-year increases in sales.&amp;nbsp; Homes&amp;nbsp;still take about&amp;nbsp;six months to sell and the inventory of homes for sale in Lunenburg County (701) is down from&amp;nbsp;719 from&amp;nbsp;June of last year.&amp;nbsp; The inventory for Queens County (172) is slightly more than last year (162) and homes take about 7 months to sell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:normal;margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;font face="Calibri"&gt;&lt;span by&amp;nbsp;23 homes (412 to 435), the&amp;nbsp;thirteenth straight monthly year over year increase and a good&amp;nbsp;sign that the market continues to improve in Lunenburg County.&amp;nbsp; Homes&amp;nbsp;still take about&amp;nbsp;six months to sell and the inventory of homes for sale in Lunenburg County (565 is the same as it was in&amp;nbsp;February of last year.&amp;nbsp; The $131,000 while&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;median&amp;nbsp;price ($117,500) rose 4.9% from $112,000 for the same period.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Raw sales remained unchanged in Queens County (72 homes) relative to&amp;nbsp;December 2009, however&amp;nbsp;sales for Lunenburg County increased by&amp;nbsp;46 homes, the&amp;nbsp;eleventh straight monthly year over year increase and perhaps an encouraging&amp;nbsp;sign that the market is beginning to improve in Lunenburg County.&amp;nbsp; Homes&amp;nbsp;still take about&amp;nbsp;six months to sell and the inventory of homes for sale in Lunenburg County (512) is up slightly&amp;nbsp;from 477 in December of last year.&amp;nbsp; The inventory for Queens County (117) is slightly less than last year
